First of all, I want to say how much of an honor it was that Ruslaan and Nirali chose me to be their Paris photographer. It's not everyday you get to shoot a Bollywood star! Ruslaan and Nirali have a true long lasting romance dating back to before Ruslaan had his first big break and his first film, appropriately filmed in Paris! It had been ten years since he filmed his hit movie "MP3" in front of the Eiffel Tower and it was the perfect excuse for him to come back to Paris and celebrate that anniversary. Thank you to the most wonderful and sweet couple for a fabulous morning!x

I don't always like to hear "Elvis Prestley of China" or "John Lennon of Japan" because I don't see the point of having to create a tribute persona. "Bollywood" really changed how I appreciate celebrities abroad. Hindi cinema is so unique that even if they just coined "Bollywood" from "Hollywood" it's really far from the usual copycats. It's pretty much how people would have high respect for Akira Kurosawa, a Japanese and not the usual European or American filmmaker. I think they are doing things right in India.

Paris is the place where I met my wife. It was when I was travelling with my brother. I was not really excited about the whole trip, in fact, I was bored for the most part of it. To be completely honest, I do not think that Paris is a great place. However, I do love the people who live there. My wife was from there and she is the best person that I ever met in my entire life.
