Empowerment shoots are for everyone. No matter the gender, colour, size, shape we all deserve to feel empowered, comfortable and loved in our bodies. It was such a pleasure to work with Ardon for this special shoot celebrating his journey to self love. Such stunning results! x

While in Cuba for a work trip I organised a photo shoot with local guide and model Swany. Just after sunrise we roamed the streets of old town Havana, finding all the most photogenic corners of the city as a stunning back drop for this portrait shoot. I am finally sharing some favourite shots from a fabulous styled shoot with a group of talented creative women in Auckland recently. I was joined by models Ashley Mcinroe and Lyndi Barret in this gorgeous west coast location to model clothes by My Keeper NZ and make up by Giovanna Neill. I love doing photo shoots like this and collaborating with talented fashion creatives to create magic. For this fashion & empowerment shoot we focused on honoring our mother earth and the power of women. Empowerment portraits have not only an important effect on ourselves but an effect on those around us as well, including our environment. I consider myself very lucky to be able to shoot in such special locations provided to us by Papatūānuku. 

It's not often I'm lucky enough to do a commercial fashion shoot in such a beautiful location! On a trip back to New Zealand last year we booked in a summer fashion shoot with the super cool Senor Lopez who make the original baja hoodies as well as some very cosy towels and blankets. Remembering back to this spring time shoot with the gorgeous Ashley McInroe in Auckland's Domain Winter Gardens. This turned out to be the perfect location for a spring time fashion photoshoot and we were able to capture some stunning portraits among the flowers and greenery. A little throwback to this fashion shoot with stunning, American model Taylor in Paris. We started of shooting at the infamous Bir Hakeim bridge then moved on over to the very fashionable Place Vendome. I'm so lucky to work with such talented people! I was so lucky to spend a morning with fashion model and influencer Anna Cossack one sunny morning in the Jardin des Plantes in Paris. We made the most of the spring cherry blossoms and the soft rising sun, braving the cold to produce these crsip and dreamy photos! If you're ever in Paris during spring time, make sure you ad the Jardin des Plantes to your list of must sees for some beautiful floral eruptions! 

As part of a fabulous styled shoot in the Loire Valley, I was lucky enough to be able to photograph 3 wonderful women for a styled shoot at Manoir de Jouralem. The weekend was one packed with creativity and female energy, celebrating and a long list of incredible female run businesses and freelancers. I truly fell in love with the romantic location we were shooting with as well as many of the stunning products we were showcasing. This was a great way to network with a new group of wedding vendors and practice a lot of fast paced group shooting with other photographers. Thanks to all the women and vendors listed below for making this all happen! x

I was so lucky to be able to meet and work with the beautiful Dada while on holiday on the stunning island of Koh Lipe in Thailand. She was the perfect model to showcase the beauty of this tropical paradise and we had a lot of fun roaming around and finding it's most photogenic spots. Thank you Dada for such a special shoot! x
