I am finally sharing some favourite shots from a fabulous styled shoot with a group of talented creative women in Auckland recently. I was joined by models Ashley Mcinroe and Lyndi Barret in this gorgeous west coast location to model clothes by My Keeper NZ and make up by Giovanna Neill. I love doing photo shoots like this and collaborating with talented fashion creatives to create magic. For this fashion & empowerment shoot we focused on honoring our mother earth and the power of women. Empowerment portraits have not only an important effect on ourselves but an effect on those around us as well, including our environment. I consider myself very lucky to be able to shoot in such special locations provided to us by Papatūānuku. 

When the world was still open I was lucky enough to be asked to photograph this incredibly romantic French-Kiwi wedding in the western region of France. The international couple had their marriage ceremony in a traditional mayors office before moving to the most beautiful locations in Bretagne which closely resembled the shores of New Zealand. It was such an honor to be apart of this special day. x

I am in love with the results of this sensuous empowerment boudoir shoot with French belle, Audrey. Something so simple as a little bit of natural light from a window can have such a beautiful effect, highlighting the natural curves and lines of bodies. It was an honor to photography Ashley again for a maternity shoot in Auckland just before she was due to give birth to a beautiful little girl. The stunning yellow dress she wore complimented the surroundings of the bay at sunset. This was such a special way for her to capture her bump before her body changed once more. Pregnant bodies are truly amazing! 

This gorgeous couple got in contact with me about a photo shoot in Paris for a very special reason. Not only were they celebrating a romantic to the city of light, but they had some very special news to announce! Doing this little shoot was the perfect way to send the news back to family and friends at home with a touch of style. It's not often I'm lucky enough to do a commercial fashion shoot in such a beautiful location! On a trip back to New Zealand last year we booked in a summer fashion shoot with the super cool Senor Lopez who make the original baja hoodies as well as some very cosy towels and blankets. Remembering back to this spring time shoot with the gorgeous Ashley McInroe in Auckland's Domain Winter Gardens. This turned out to be the perfect location for a spring time fashion photoshoot and we were able to capture some stunning portraits among the flowers and greenery. A little throwback to this fashion shoot with stunning, American model Taylor in Paris. We started of shooting at the infamous Bir Hakeim bridge then moved on over to the very fashionable Place Vendome. I'm so lucky to work with such talented people! It was such a pleasure to work with Auckland couple Sheenal and Hamish after their ceremony for this wonderful post wedding photo shoot. Sometimes your wedding day can be such a rush you don't get the time to get the relaxed and romantic portrait shots you might have planned for.
