Yesterday was the last day for "Portes ouvertes des ateliers d'artistes de Bellville", a festival where the public can enter the studios of various artists in Belleville and see where the artists work & often live.
As a newbie in Paris, I thought this would be the perfect way to get out and about and discover some new artists, and in the process, explore a new area of Paris, Belleville.
I had heard a little about Bellville, mainly that it was home to a large Asian population which made me excited as it was probably going to be my best shot at finding some decent Asian food in Paris ( I was not disappointed!).
On my way to a cluster of galleries I came across this street, filled with graffiti and other random objects, I couldn't help but get snap happy.
